This is a newly created position - additional headcount due to demand. Client needs a Sales Hunter (cold calling and emails) to develop new clients in the telecoms and network customer base. The company sells Information Services solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for leading specific sales, maintaining and growing some existing clients and sourcing new clients, achieving and exceeding sales goals, and supporting creative sales strategies in Korea. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

  • Convert prospects into clients, Penetrate and develop new business and revenue from a defined list of development accounts
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling).
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of company's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or master's degree is required
  • A minimum of 3 years sales or business development experience with proven consultative sales, preferably experience in high technology (IT, professional service solutions, software or hardware, B2B sales), with evidence of prior success.
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled in consultative and value selling methodology, with a deep understanding of the client’s needs
  • High quality presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with and sell to senior level management
  • Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all colleagues
  • Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Competency using a Sales Force to record sales activity
  • Able to communicate in both English and Korean is essential for this role due to the nature of the scope
