Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower a high-performing Customer Advocate team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive advocacy strategies, maximizing lead-to-advocate conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and NextGen clients to identify, secure, and nurture valuable client advocates.
  • Foster strong internal alignment with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and other client-facing teams.
  • Educate key stakeholders on the strategic leverage of client advocacy assets and interactions.
  • Design and execute engagement plans for client advocates, tailoring to their strengths and goals.
  • Measure and track the program's effectiveness, demonstrating its impact on business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of recognition by creating opportunities to showcase client stories and celebrate advocacy contributions.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a comprehensive plan for amplifying success stories through compelling client advocacy assets.


 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing and scaling customer advocacy programs.
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute data-driven advocacy plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
