    • cadence virtuso simulation 
    • Analog Circuit Design 
  • Reference, pre-regulator, H-bridge driver, Linear/Switching regulator, DC motor driver, BLDC motor driver 
  • Background 
    • BCD process 에 대한 이해 
    • Simulation tool 활용능력 
    • Electrocnic Circuit 에 대한 이해 

✔️ Requirements

  • 경력 2년 이상 경력나이 지원제한은 없습니다. 업무에 대한 이해도가 높으신분 지원가능
  • 반도체 유관 경력 


✔️ Preferred Requirements

  • 차량용 반도체 설계 경험 우대 
  • 반도체 설계 경험 및 생산 우대
  • MCU SW 적인 디지털 처리방식이 없는 회로구동 설계 경험  
  • MCU 등을 사용하여 디지털 제어 설계 경험
  • PCB 기판 전체 설계 경험
