Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in various sectors
· Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners
· Develop and present customized Energy solutions based on customer requirements and the client's product portfolio
· Provide technical support and guidance for the client's enclosure & power distribution products
· Collaborate with internal teams such as internal sales, operations to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery
Requirements
· A bachelor's degree or above in Electric/ Electronic/ Mechatronics or any related majors
· At least 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial solution sales, preferably in power distribution or renewable energy area
· Experience in selling power distribution panel or electric products
· Experience in direct sales and new market development
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of power distribution system, especially power distrivution panel and electric compnents
· Electric related qualifications such as Engineer Electricity (preferred)
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
· Proficient in MS Office tools
· Business level of English
