Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do (But will work at Asan, Chungcheongnam-do for the first 6 months of joining the company)
About our Client
Global supplier of vacuum valves and system
Key Responsibilities
· Perform remote diagnosis to resolve the cause of issue remotely if it is possible
· Perform on-site support to resolve the cause of issue when the remote troubleshooting does not work well
· Communicate with Headquarter for critical/pending issues
· Escalate critical/pending issues to management in timely manner
· Perform service report/trouble analysis report after completion of trouble-shooting
· Co-work with sales team/field application team for creation of new/additional business opportunities
Skills
· Bachelor's degree or above (preferably majoring in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, electric engineering, mechatronics engineering, material science engineering)
· More than 2 years of experience of FSE/CS team (preferably in the semiconductor/display industry)
· Experience of remote and on-site issue diagnostic skill
· Strong customer focus and commitment for customer satisfaction
· Business level in English is a plus
