2> Experience as Operator supervisor or foreman

3> Willing to work on-site in Cheongju

R&R

Store, retrieve, assemble, and clean molds
Load and unload ovens
Operate mill and extruders to manufacture preform
Operate presses, deflash and inspect parts as necessary to ensure highest quality.
Set up and finish trim parts
Final inspection of parts using gauges, micrometers and other measurement tools as required
Store, retrieve, assemble and clean molds for production
Operate assigned mill/extruder/press machines
Follow all Work Instructions, SOP’s and SPCs to meet or exceed quality and production standards
Record all information on GT data collection system as required
Maintaining the production environment clean tidy and safe, including free of harmful elements.

Requirements

Previous experience in shift leader and/or foremen
Understanding English and/or Chinese
Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Experience in ERP/MES
Able to travel to Suwon office daily for first week of new hire orientation.
Able to commit 2-4 weeks of overseas On-the-Job Training (OJT) in Taiwan (Flights, hotel accommodations, local transportation, daily meals (3x a day) to be paid by company)
