Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, check-in, and issue badges for visitors and vendors.
  • Coordinate with department lead for group lunches and large meetings, help with set up of food and drinks, assist with take down and clean up.
  • Maintain front lobby, break areas, conference rooms, and rest areas. Ensure cleanliness throughout the workday. Tasks to include but not limited to:
  • Initiate cleaning cycles on appliances (coffee/dishwashers).
  • Restock consumables (office supplies, snacks, beverages) from backstock as they are consumed; replenish inventory as it is received.
  • Assist with spot cleaning due to intraday use (spills, salt tracked in from exterior, trash not put away appropriately, etc).
  • Guide off-shift janitorial staff for areas of concern or need for additional focus.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook & Teams, ensuring accurate detailed information.
  • Receive and distribute company mail and deliveries.
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees.
  • Provide staff with accurate and detailed support including interpretation of company policies, training, and compliance.
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll for hourly staff.
  • Knowledgeable in best practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing employment in Korea.
  • Ability to listen, interpret, and advise with employee relation issues.


 

Key Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean and English with strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively relate to employees, visitors, and customers at all levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
