Key Responsibilities
1) Sales, cash and AR reconciliation for Flagship, SIS stores and E-commerce (20%)
• Review and verify sales amount by stores
• Perform monthly sales and AR reconciliation
2) Inventory & COGS management (20%)
• Calculate and analyse COGS mmonthly and review any abnormality
• Quarterly HQ inventory reporting (based on system generated stock report)
• Calculated inventory depreciation on quarterly base
• Regular Inventory stock taking by store and reporting the result based on company policy
3) CAPEX and depreciation calculation (10%)
Maintain CAPEX master file to calculate monthly depreciation
4) Intercompany transaction management (10%)
• Monthly review and reconcile Intercompany balance with local balance
• Prepare Intercompany recharge invoices (if any)
5) Support Monthly closing (30%)
• Review and manage vendor/employee/store expenses vouchers
• Co work and review monthly financial statement of outsourced accounting company
• Support preparation of quarterly reporting package to HQ
6) Ad-hoc tasks can be assigned (10%)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, business administration, or similar preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Retail industry.
- Proficient in PC skills (Especially Excel)
- Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail
