Key Responsibilities
•Finance analysis (ACT vs BGT/forecast)
•Budgeting & Forecast reporting to HQ
•Finance Data Controlling & Management Internal controlling
•To provide monthly P&L analysis (ACT vs. BGT/Forecast) and comments, quarterly cash flow forecast and comments, stock analysis and comments etc, capex investment P&L forecast and commercial brief.
•Own the budgeting process on both P&L and Balance Sheet. To coordinate with sales & marketing teams, consolidate numbers for review, and upload / submit HQ packages on time for Budget & Forecast.
•To understand related brands commercial strategy (marketing investment, product launches, local network development etc), to check whether financial data is on track vs. commercial strategy, to advise potential impact and closely communicate with brand commercial team to adjust plans.
•To maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.
•To coordinate in reviewing contracts and keep tracking signed agreements (DOS, Franchisee, Wholesale) and compare to current network to ensure all the local business is covered by valid contracts.

Key Requirements
-4년제 졸업자 (전공자 우대)
-Accounting 경력 최소 5년 이상
-Retail Industry experience will be preferred.
-SAP is MUST
