Key Responsibilities
- Assist PR media shooting arrangement and execution
- Assist PR report and occasional PR campaigns
- Assist in event planning, design, and production
- Assist all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
- On-site event management and coordinate operation plan
- Assist Boutique communication related to gifts, POSM, brand assets, and VM guidelines
- Translate of English material from HQ and proofreading
- Assist desk operations via internal system (PO, Vendor registrations, and etc)
- Work closely with PR and event agencies for regular information sharing and monitor event preparation
- Closely cooperate and communicate with relevant departments
- Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to the brand standards
