Key Responsibilities

- 국내외 계약서 및 법률 문서 검토 관리

- 해외 사업 관련 Legal Research를 포함한 자문

- 소송 등 법적 분쟁 대응

- 회사 법무 전반적 수행

- 컴플라이언스 업무 지원

Key Requirements

- 신규 계약 체결을 위한 계약 검토 경력 5년 이상

- 미국 변호사 자격증 소지자 혹은 영어가 능통한 국내 변호사 자격증 소지자

- 영미권 법률 지식 보유자

- 해외 여행에 결격사유가 없는 자

- 제조업 기반 계약 검토 경력 보유자 (전기차/배터리 유사 업종)

- 직접 신규 계약 체결 유경험자
