About our Client

Over 50 years` of experience with leading provider of cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, process systems, service and solutions for the LNG and industrial gases

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technical and leading engineering teams
• Assess project feasibility, allocate resources, recruit/manage employees, and liaise with upper management.
• Validate engineering methods, review technical content for accuracy.
• Generate progress/problem resolution reports for upper management.
• Oversee project budgets, manage senior engineering members.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and customer requirements.
• Develop detailed plans for new designs/products.
• Allocate and facilitate training for new design staff.
• Ensure department's work quality and cost management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 10+ years of management experience in an engineering company
• Excellent planning skills for large-scale industrial projects
• Strong people management and development skills.
• Proficient in English with good communication abilities.
• Competent in multi-disciplinary management, including electrical, instrumentation, mechanical design, and structural aspects.
