Key Responsibilities
Ÿ Manage the compliance with corporate and local level of H&S regulations.
Ÿ Support business in executing company’s H&S priorities, goals, and requirements.
Ÿ Proactively drive continuous improvement in H&S performance and programs.
Ÿ Drive improvements in H&S cultures, awareness, and accountability.
Ÿ Conduct incident/accident investigations and develop action plans.
Ÿ Plan the budget & execute the projects.
Ÿ Execute the relevant training for employees.
Ÿ Work with external vendor closely to understand regulatory changes and trends and forecast the impacts.
Ÿ Integrate functions and participation of different departments.
Ÿ Develop and implement H&S training system, campaigns and information.
Ÿ Organize or elaborate the risk assessments ergonomic, psychosocial in all workplaces.
Ÿ Implement emergency plans and execute the medical survey.
Ÿ Control the accidents reports and analyze it to find problems and solutions.
Ÿ Lead the Health & Safety Committees.
Key Requirements
Ÿ Over 3years of experience in EHS management including relevant training (experience in retail field is preferred.)
Ÿ Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial Health, Safety and Environment management would be preferred.
Ÿ Industrial Safety Engineer (산업안전기사 자격증) or any relevant certificates (산업위생기사 자격증, 인간공학기사 자격증) would be preferred.
Ÿ The ability to manage complex issues and diverse projects while working in cross-functional teams.
Ÿ A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ÿ Fluency in both English and Korean.
Ÿ Willingness to travel.
Ÿ ISO 45001 chief audit experience is preferred.
