About our Client
Global distributor of technology products/services/solutions for electronic systems design, maintenance, and repair
Key Responsibilities
· Delivery of sales budget and all supporting initiatives to support the business strategy
· Communication of results and objectives via regular team meetings, coaching and field visits
· Motivating team and conducting recruitment, performance management and disciplinary interviews as appropriate
· Complete management reports and necessary
· Product Distribution and development, Sales activities coordination
· Expedite the resolution of customer problems/complaints
· Execution of the strategic customer growth plan and business relationship in assigned accounts
· Developing and implementing of Sales in Korea market
· Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts
· Understands emerging market trends and interdependencies impacting customers
· Works independently or may lead teams to identify, pursue or manage accounts with large size/strategic importance
Skills
· Bachelor's degree or above preferably with a major in Business Management/Marketing/Electronic/Electrical
· Over 10 years of Sales, BD, Marketing experience preferably within the electronic, electrical, semiconductor, machinery industry
· Knowledge of the Korean market, including an understanding of local business practices, cultural nuances, and customer preferences
· Strong people management and communication skills
· Business level English skill
