Key Responsibilities
· Take the responsibility of developing new customers, responsible for the sales of products and services to, and maintain relationship with existing customers
· Monitor strengths and weaknesses of the value proposition, manage value proposition based on market intelligence
· Work closely with the Engineers and Customer Service Representatives to deliver the customer satisfaction
· Relationship management for both customers and potential business partners
· Accurately capture the customers’ demand forecast and overall market dynamics in both short and long terms, effectively feedback and communicate with the internal supply chain management on regular basis
· Lead the new products introduction on advanced materials along with the customer technology development
Skills
· Bachelor's degree or above (major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or any other relevant major)
· At least 5 years of working experience in sales related job functions
· Having a proven track record in outside direct sales to end users, a history of consistently establishing new customers
· Mature personality, ability to work independently with the least guidance
· Business level of English
