About our Client

A global Industrial Supplies provider to ensure safe and hygienic solutions to workplace in various industries like Engineering, Pharma, F&B, Retails.


Main Responsibility

  • Manage sales area/segment to achieve designated sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers.
  • Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information.
  • To plan, implement and increase own sales activities and performance in accordance with Company values and operational instructions.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or any other related major, and MBA is plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on manufacturing or service industries - Sales, Business Development or Marketing
  • Extensive experience in B2B Sales within Chemical, Pharma, Life science fields.
  • Advanced professional knowledge in sales management
  • Formation of strong partnerships with leaders within the business.
  • High level written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
  • Excellent leadership skills in leading, influencing, coaching, developing and motivating team members.
  • High level of data interpretation analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent track record in in sales
