About our Client

Specialist in Fire detection/alarm systems 

Key Responsibilities

• Actively and independently develop the assigned region in a business sense and ensures targets are achieved
• Maintain and develop a network of fire detection partners
• Maintain and actively develop relationships with engineering companies / consultants
• Maintain and develop relationship with end customers
• Promote awareness of the brand
• Coordinate product trainings with technical support
• Coordinate the country-specific product certifications in cooperation with Product Support and Product Management
• Actively monitor and checks incoming payments and sales partners’ credit limits
• Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
• Comply with legal obligations, standards and provisions and always behaves in a legal and trustworthy manner
• Organise customer trips and accompanies them independently
• Organise local trade fairs with the support of the Marketing Department
• Prepare sales reports in accordance with the requirements
• Obtain information on the market and competitors and communicates it internally
• Create the regional sales strategy/ies in cooperation with the superior

Key Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equal eduction with further training in sales
• Over 5 years’ experience as Sales Manager in the fire detection industry (ASD if possible)
• Good level of proficiency in written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Communicative and outgoing personality with very good presentation skills
• Independent, self-motivated person with plenty of drive
• Experienced and talented in customer acquisition
