About our Client

Global packaging solution/ printing company

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand our existing customer base
  • Create and fulfill annual sales targets
  • Implement plans to increase and maintain the company’s sales
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Update/Maintain CRM System (SalesForce)
  • Weekly/Monthly Reporting
  • Consults with potential customer to understand their needs, identifies and suggests equipment, products or services that will meet those needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Advise our customers on process engineering issues and create individual cost-effectiveness analyzes for the machines to be sold
  • Collaborates with the Regional Manager and other Sales colleagues to develop sales quotas and strategies

Key Requirements

  • Possession of a Degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of sales of highly explainable goods, preferably in flexible packaging equipment (printing, extrusion film, converting, etc.) or similar industries
  • Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales
  • Experience in modern leadership and management methodologies
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English communication
  • Experience in CRM System, preferably SalesForce
  • Acute analytical and decision-making aptitudes
  • A strong passion to learn, grow in dynamic settings
