Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Line Manager for NESP Marine Unit Sales. The role involves spearheading the development of sales in the Korean market for LNG FGSS equipment, with expansion into Asian markets, overseeing market-related information including technology, economics, regulations, and competition. Additionally, managing market growth, market share, revenue, and cost in the assigned area, as well as managing and supporting distributors, partners, and agents related to sales. Utilizing Salesforce (CRM) for sales management, conducting employee training on local sales, leadership, and motivation, and managing customer relationships and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
-Initiate and expand sales development in the Korean market for LNG FGSS equipment, with expansion into Asian markets
-Monitor and report on all market-related information including technology, economics, regulations, and competition
-Manage market growth, market share, revenue, and costs in the assigned area
-Manage and support distributors, partners, and agents related to sales
-Conduct Salesforce (CRM) training for sales management
-Conduct employee training on local sales, leadership, and motivation
-Manage customer relationships and problem-solving
Requirements
-Minimum 10 years of experience in marine sales and international business environment
-Proficiency in English (fluent level) is essential
-Demonstrated track record in sales development, customer management, and territory management
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Experience in utilizing Salesforce (CRM) or similar tools for sales management
