Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Execute within a well-defined sales/commercial framework and focus on order and sales contract management. Includes analytical work and report processing and management of department communication needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
⚫ Manage all orders with web-ordering system every business day, by checking conditions (e.g. Pricing, Contracts, History) and handling customer requests regarding commercial issues
⚫ Manage all customer contracts data(Agreement & Pricing)
⚫ Register distributors in the system to allow that make orders and get delivered.
⚫ Report to KPIS regarding product transactions/movements by monthly
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Proficient in use of Microsoft office especially Excel with speed and accuracy
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean & English
4. Ability to work accurately under pressure against tight deadline
5. Strong analytical skills, structured and execution focused
6. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
7. More than 2 years working experience in commercial field preferred
8. Practical experience with SAP preferred

근무시간: 주 5일 평일, 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시
근 무 지: 서울 중구 (서울역)
급여조건: 면접 후 협의 (최종연봉/희망연봉 기재 필수)

근무기간: 아데코코리아 소속 파견계약직 1년 (연장 및 정규직 전환 가능)
