[Job Description]
MT Marketing assistant/Lead entry responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable database. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, with familiarity on spreadsheets & online forms. You will work with a data team. Ultimately, a successful Lead Entry will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our SAP.
[Key Responsibility]
▪ Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information
▪ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
▪ Research and obtain further information for incomplete data source
▪ Inquiries management on SAP & various marketing channels
▪ Apply data program techniques and procedures
▪ Verify customer inquiries and make proceed to proper workflow
▪ Entering customer and account data from various marketing channels within time limits
▪ Verifying customer requests SAP entry
▪ Territory admin for Lead to opportunity workflow
[Key Requirement]
[필수] 4년제 대졸 이상, 신입 지원 가능
[필수] 이공게열, 사회/자연과학, 경영 전공자, 데이터 관련 업무 진행 가능한 자
[우대] 영어 가능자, 유관 산업 마케팅 경력
[우대] 실험실 및 생산장비 관련 업체 경험 우대, 제약/화학 등 관련 산업 경험 우대
[우대] 디자인툴 (일러스트, 포토샵 등) 활용능력 우대

고용형태 : 직계약직 1년 (수습기간 3개월)
근무시간 : 주5일, 09:00 ~ 18:00
근무장소 : 서울시 송파구 8호선 문정역 인근
급여조건 : 협의 후 결정 (최종연봉 / 희망연봉 기재 必)
