Key Responsibilities

 

1. 조직 문화 증진을 위한 내부 커뮤니케이션 및 사내 행사 운영 지원

 

2. Learning & Development

- 리더십 교육 지원

- 법정의무교육 지원

- 교육 데이타 관리

 

3. Benefits Program Operation

- 복리후생제도 운영 지원 (건강검진, 단체보험, 장기근속지원 등)

- 휴가 제도 운영 지원

 

4. Talent Acquisition

- 취업 포털 관리

- 계약직 채용 지원

- 온보딩 프로세스 지원

 

5. 기타 HR Support

- 벤더 관리 (내부 고객 응대)

- HR 서비스 비용 월 마감 업무 지원


Key Requirements

- HR 경력 2년 이상

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자


What’s on Offer

근무시간: 주 5일, 하루 8시간 근무

근 무 지: 역삼

급여조건: 경력 별 협의

복리후생: 4대보험, 연차(수당) 등 기타내규
