Key Responsibilities
· Lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in Korea: This includes managing annual reviews, benefits programs, and employee communication on these topics. also analyze market data, set budgets, and design processes.
· Oversee Korea Payroll & Benefits Administration: supervise payroll and benefits for 3 brands, including reviewing work done by an outsourcing agency.
· Ensure Compliance and Reporting: be responsible for statutory reports in Korea, reviewing reports from all brands, and keeping HQs informed.
· C&B Expertise and Project Management: be the C&B advisor for the team, supporting HR and business partners, managing HRIS, and participating in global C&B projects. Additionally, manage and develop C&B team and take on ad-hoc projects.
Key Requirements
· 8+ HR experience with strong C&B in MNC
- implementing& developing annual merit increase/ incentive/ bonus
- participation of Merce consulting survey / Market Data Research
- Budgeting/planning
- reporting to APAC/HQ
· Fluent English
