[Key Responsibilities]
- Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams 등 Office 365 서비스 관리 및 유지
- Office 365 서비스 상태 및 성능을 모니터링하고 필요에 따라 문제 해결
- Office 365 데이터 및 응용 프로그램을 보호하기 위한 보안 조치를 구현하고 관리
- Office 365에서 사용자 계정, 라이선스 및 권한을 구성하고 유지 관리
- 다른 IT 팀 및 부서와 공동 작업하여 다른 시스템과의 Office 365 통합 지원
- Office 365 업데이트 및 새로운 기능을 최신 상태로 유지하고 적절하게 평가하고 구현
- 최종 사용자에게 Office 365 애플리케이션 및 기능에 대한 교육 및 지원을 제공
[Key Requirements]
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.
- Extensive experience managing AzureAD and using O365
- Able to perform Scripting development using PowerShell and MS Graph API;
- Experience in building using PowerBI/Power automate/Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud computing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
- 영어 활용이 유창하시면 우대 되시지만, 그렇지 않으시더라도 진행이 가능합니다.

- 근무지 : 서울
- 근무시간 : Base : 9:00~18:00
- 고용형태 : 1년 직계약직 (Performance 평가 이후 3년 차부터 정규직 전환 조건)
- 급여 : 협의 가능
