Key Responsibilities
Coaching to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Coach the boutique team to build a high-performing team by providing consistent
feedback and defining the strengths and weaknesses
• Proactively communicate with boutique MCT coach to achieve sales & service KPIs in the boutiques
• Execute action plans with boutique staff to improve the client experience
• Prepare and participate in the meetings, including seminars and workshops for sharing
performance result in Client Barometer, Mystery Shopping, best practice, etc.
• Manage and drive boutique teams to achieve client barometer and mystery shopping score
Continuously finds ways to contribute to success.
• Contribute to competitive intelligence regarding competitors' methods and practices
• Prepare and update the coaching materials and sales coaching tips for boutique staff
upon needs
• Regularly monitor and update Client Barometer and Mystery Shopping Results
• Design a coaching structure to be aligned with the brand's strategy
• 1:1 meeting to motivate the boutique staff in every MS wave and design a specific
action plan individually
Support to prepare the report and operational works
• Share bi-weekly reports, including the feedback and action plans to boutiques and office team
• Control sales & service team's budget
• Best practice sharing through MCT Meetings (workshop/seminar)
Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Fluent in English
• Over seven years of training or coaching experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality
• Strong Communication skills
• Client-oriented
• People-oriented
• Results driven
• "Hands-on" spirit
