Site Admin 사이트 어드민 (SAP)
[업무내용]
1. Provide business and administrative support including creating and running regular reports (consumption, availability, production, safety, etc.) assist with compiling data for budgets; travel arrangements.
2. Assists in the management of OH&S and ERP activities on-site
3. Assist Site Manager in daily operations, Manage Costs and Coding of Credit Card Transactions, Create PR/PO's, Order & staff equipment, Office Supplies, assist with Site Safety Reporting, Training and ordering of supplies
4. Assist with Down Turbines, Manage Serial Numbers for site & Serial number change request
5. Adhere to all released planning processes and help maximize planning performance
6. Communicate daily with lead technicians, technicians, CIM, and site leadership in the execution of site planning and inventory control
7. Responsible for site compliance to approved processes
[자격요건]
1. SAP 모듈을 이용한 Admin 업무 경력자 (finance, logistics 관련 업무)
2. 업무에 책임감이 있고 성실하신 분
3. 영어로 의사 소통 및 문서 작성
[근무조건]
- 근무지: 5호선 서대문역 근방
- 근무시간: 주5일 / (월~금) 09:00~18:00
- 급여: 경력별 협의 가능
- 고용형태: 아데코코리아 소속 12개월 파견 계약직
- 복리후생: 4대 보험, 연월차, 경조휴가/비, 기타 회사 내규
