Role Overview:
As part of our Digital & Social Media Marketing team, you'll lead the planning and execution of paid media and search strategies across various channels. Your focus will be on ensuring platform readiness and contributing as a Media and Search Subject Matter Expert (SME) to our business marketing planning. Reporting directly to the Head of Social and Paid Media Marketing, you'll play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute effective media and search strategies in alignment with business goals.
-Collaborate with the Consumer Experience (CX) team and agencies to create comprehensive briefs.
-Ensure operational excellence and budget management in all media and search executions.
-Participate in campaign/project discussions, offering insights and expertise.
-Work closely with media agencies to articulate clear media and search plans.
-Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and publishers.
-Stay updated on digital trends and innovations, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
-Conduct thorough research and analysis for data-driven optimizations.
-Drive continuous optimization to enhance campaign performance consistently.
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
-3-12 years of Digital Marketing experience, specializing in Paid Media and SEO.
-Strong marketing acumen with a deep understanding of digital trends and capabilities.
-Proficiency in digital analytics tools will be plus
-Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of clear and effective collaboration.
-Native in Korean, with Business level or above proficiency in English.
