Key Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse and transport teams to ensure operational excellence and maximize profitability.
• Foster a profit-oriented mindset within your team through effective leadership.
• Supervise new projects and assess return on investment for business cases.
• Manage service providers' performance with a focus on cost-conscious improvement.
• Establish a framework enabling informed decision-making within your team.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives related to warehouse contracts and procurement processes.
• Maintain close communication with sales teams and regional logistics.
• Ensure accuracy of customer-related key performance indicators.
• Develop a robust controlling model and ensure accuracy in financial activities.
• Safeguard compliance-related routines both internally and externally.
• Inspire and engage team members to drive high performance.
• Encourage decision-making based on clear facts and future vision.
• Foster collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, with additional skills in tools like Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for driving results.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with effective time management.
