Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the freight forwarding process, from initial quotes to final delivery (including air, ocean, and domestic)
• Negotiate competitive rates and bookings with carriers
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of shipping documentation, including export declarations and letters of credit
• Track shipments, provide status updates, and resolve customer inquiries
• Manage import customs clearance
• Handle dangerous goods shipments according to regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or related logistics field
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with cold chain logistics a strong asset
