Key Responsibilities

Overall product receiving and distribution 

제품의 입고 및 출고 관련 전반적인 업무

< Principal Duties and Responsibilities >

1. Process product receiving and distribution according to procedures
2. Puts away on the shelf when receiving products
3. Controls & Manages receiving & delivery of long-term and/or short-term consignment
4. Fulfill customer orders and then pack, seal, label and express delivery to customers
5. Complies and reports to Operation manager of damage, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments from vendors, return of products from distributors, etc. 
6. Contacts distributors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages or overages and arrangement of emergency shipments 
7. Provides customer service for distributors and customers
8. Performs blind stock count for main warehouse
9. Performs annual stock count of long-term consignment located in fields
10. Works with Material planners to secure optimum safety stock level and minimize shortages
11. Manages replaced instruments due to breakage

Key Requirements

- 경력: 0-3년(신입-사원급)

- College graduation or higher

- No reason for disqualification for oversea travels
