Our Global Logistic client is now looking for a Sales Manager based in Seoul
Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities through collaborating with internal resources, research, prospect, and
qualify new opportunities. This will include customer visits and developing relationships within the defined
vertical.
· Increase market share within assigned vertical and achieve assigned financial target for volume, revenue, and
profit.
· Prepare and present proposals, make recommendations for new services, extensions, or enhancements and
overcome objections to closure. Successfully close new business and onboard new clients.
· Execute the account strategy and management to improve quality of relationships, product penetration, revenue
share, supplier status and ranking.
· Serve as a customer advocate, accountable for escalation and proper customer positioning on all issues
pertaining to customer satisfaction.
· Ensure that all account plans, service level agreements, standard operating procedures, organizational charts,
account information and related documentation are current and on file record; update and maintain the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
· Develop key relationships at all levels within the account that drive proactive solutions that are innovative and
provide value relative to the customer’s needs.
· Reporting to management and clients on KPIs to track client activity and performance.
· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in sales pipeline management, all regular and ad-hoc sales reports
as and when required.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Operations Management or an
equivalent combination of logistics, air freight, or supply chain experience required.
· At least 3 year of experience selling expedited logistics services or other sales field to the Korea industry.
· Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to acquire additional responsibilities.
· Must exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels within the customer including executive; strong analytical
skills and problem-solving ability; ability to compose letters, emails, and other written documentation clearly and
concisely.
· Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to grasp extensive knowledge while dealing with a
variety of people and personalities.
· Must be able to present oneself in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting both internal and
external customers and vendors face-to-face.
